    Select the suitable property, enter your preferred dates, and then click the booking button. The required payments will be generated for you. As soon as your payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email with all payment and booking confirmation details. Otherwise, you can contact us via email (reservations@hostandstay.ae) and we will walk you through the entire procedure.

    Following the Dubai Tourism Authority’s guidelines. copies of guest(s) Emirates ID or Passport, as well as the contact information must be provided.

    A valid, original Identification Document, such as a Passport (with a valid entry visa/stamp or Residency Visa) or UAE ID or GCC ID of a GCC national only, is required at the time of check-in.

    A Security Deposit will be obtained upon arrival to serve as a guarantee against the return of your accommodation in good condition which will be fully released upon check-out should there be no damage witnessed (payable via cash or credit card).

    You can pay with cash, bank transfer, credit card, or EFTPOS. We also take UAE cheques; however, they must be cleared 48 hours before your check-in date.

    We understand that sometimes, based on your flight timing, you might reach earlier . We can make every effort to accommodate you if you give us a week’s notice before your arrival.

    He/she will also be present at the designated time to greet you. as well as assist with luggage and/or any other assistance required to ensure a smooth check-in and provide an overview of the guidelines for their stay all while showcasing the best that the lodging and surrounding area have to offer.

    We personally conduct all checkouts as part of our commitment to offering a better guest experience. A member of our Guest Relations Executive will meet you at the provided time.
